I did some by myself and others with a friend and she loved it too. We both had an unusual soulful experience. I would tell anyone interested in meditation and also in finding out more about themselves to get this book. The price you pay is nothing in comparison to what you take from it!

Ok, I don't read too much; ususally too busy. But a friend suggested I look this one over. Glad I did! The writers seem to have a real good pulse on what's needed and how to get there. And I have to say that even though they advertise for two people to work together- I did it on my own. It was simple! Got alot from the information. Thank you!

I've read many books on meditation and most of them are too complex. This was an easy read, yet it was packed with so much information. I loved the exercises and I finally understand the differenc in styles of meditating. Bravo to the authors!

I know Halley since 1996. She is gifted and has a special way of teaching how to meditate, connecting and understanding people. She was encouraged by her mother to develop her skills and gifts.
I prefer her voice to others I have used to meditate with.
