Or maybe you know one or two moves, but worry you'll fall if you try anything else? Join Cheri Harvey of Yoga for real and learn how to comfortably and safely use your exercise ball for a fun and effective workout.

In this fun, interactive class you'll:

✓ Stretch and strengthen your body
✓ Learn to do some things you thought were too hard (but really aren't!)
✓ Incorporate FUN into an effective exercise routine you can take home with you

Please bring your own mat and ball.
