Haunt for the Hungry was conceived by the Sibona Family of Wharton NJ, owners of Hot Rods BBQ, in an effort to expand their current Halloween yard and at the same time, help out our Morris County neighbors in need by conducting a food drive. After 9 years of expanding and prop building, The Sibona’s take Halloween Backyard Haunting to a new level, housing over 14 sets and 20 actors in their yard, under a 20’ x 40’ tent. For access to this amazing Haunt, The Sibona’s request a donation of dry, non-perishable food or cash, which will be used to purchase additional food. Last years' Haunt had exceeded 500 vistors & raised over 700lbs. of food. All proceeds benefit The Interfaith Food Pantry of Morris County who feed over 15,000 hungry residents every year. They are in desperate need of food. So before you leave to trick or treat, don't forget to raid Mom's pantry or purse for much as a can of soup or box of pasta and come experience a semi-professional haunted attraction while helping the hungry.
