Harvest of Love Yoga Retreat October 22, 2011

Oct. 22nd-23rd, Saturday 9:30am to 11pm, Sunday 9:30am to 6pm

Each day includes a 2 hour morning and afternoon asana class on Saturday and Sunday. Classes are held on a beautiful yoga deck, in the redwoods, overlooking the Santa Cruz mountains. The morning classes will be more active while the afternoon classes more mellow including some journaling/contemplation/meditation.

On our breaks between classes, there will be time rest, connect with your new yogi friends, meditate, soak in the hot tub, get acupuncture and/or massage, hike down to the nearby swimming hole and waterfall and enjoy a swim, get feather hair extensions, soak in the hot tub, buy really hip, creative and comfortable yoga clothes for men and women!

Our community dinner on Saturday night will be pizza night!
We will have a couple homemade crusts, some wheat-free, and some pre-made crusts. Bring your favorite toppings and we will eat Italiana style! There is an outdoor pizza oven as well as indoor!
After our dinner together, our yoga deck will be transformed into a dance space and DJ JessEye will be inspiring our dance with live sacred and danceable sounds! There will also be a chill space decorated with lights and pillows where you can curl up and just enjoy the scenery and gather around the fire pit!
But, before the dancing begins, we will initiate our transition into the night with a special Fire Dance Performance!
