First Thursday in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon has been a long time art walk tradition. Held on the first Thursday of every month from April to November, galleries in the Pearl District and surrounding neighborhoods open their doors for enthusiasts to get a glimpse of new and aspiring artists.

Handmade NW has united with ActivSpace and Lovejoy Car Company in The Alphabet District to showcase over 25 local handmade artisans. Located on NW Lovejoy and 17th, ActivSpace and Lovejoy Car Company are situated directly on the Portland Streetcar line with a stop approximately half a block from our event space.

Tender Loving Empire (http://www.tenderlovingempire.com) will host the musical styles of Why I Must Be Careful and The Woodlands at the ActivSpace location and Handmade NW will host Improv Guitar By Matt B. at the Lovejoy Car Company location.
