Experience a piece of Hampshire's musical heritage! This workshop and talk will give you a chance to find out how a Scotsman re-discovered Hampshire's folk song tradition, to listen to some of the songs he collected and to try your hand (and voice) at singing one or two of them. No music reading or prior choral experience needed.
The session is led by Sarah Morgan, who leads Petersfield Community choir. She is an inspiring workshop leader, and as a performer, she includes many Hampshire songs in her repertoire. You can find more about her at www.cmr-harmony.org.uk

All workshops and talks last approximately an hour and will take place at Petersfield Museum’s Flora Twort Gallery unless otherwise stated.
There will be tea and coffee on arrival.

The suggested donation for each talk is £5 or what ever you can afford, please leave all donations in the donation box in the entrance hall.
