TRUE BLOOD HALLOWEEN Questions & Answers:

CAN I PICK UP MY TICKETS EARLY?
Will call will be available at Terra on 511 Harrison Street. EARLY TICKET PICK UP Will be set up the day before the event on Friday, October 28th from 2PM - 9PM and the day of the event, Saturday, October 29th from 2PM - 6PM. There will also be Will-Call list at the door on the night of the event where you can check in using a valid picture ID and a credit card used to purchase the tickets. PLEASE PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATIONS, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME AT THE DOOR!

ONCE I PICKED UP MY TICKET DO I STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE?
There will be an express line for people who already picked up their tickets.

WHAT AND WHERE IS TERRA ART GALLERY?
Terra, is the city's premier event venue & gallery with spectacular views of downtown San Francisco through floor-to-ceiling windows, two beautiful levels with gorgeous city views. Located at 511 Harrison Street in the SoMa District downtown San Francisco and holds 2k people comfortably.

DO YOU HAVE COAT CHECK?
There will be a coat check room located at the main entrance.

IS THERE AN OUTDOOR SMOKING AREA?
Yes, we've set up an outdoor smoking area located on the bottom floor between the house room and the international room. There will be also Live Music there by THE SCUMFROG.

IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, there are several Public Parking lots and Garages in the area, we recommend arriving early to get choice parking.

WILL THERE BE ATM AND CREDIT CARD MACHINES?
Yes, we have 4 ATM machines distributed around the venue. There will also be Credit Card machines set up at the bars, but we recommend everyone to get cash in order to avoid lines at the bar.
