Gun Control, the Supreme Court, and the Founders’ Second Amendment June 10, 2008

Hosts: The Center for Vision and Values at Grove City College, and the Pittsburgh Federalists Society. The first Supreme Court decision on a Second Amendment case in 70 years, District of Columbia v. Heller, is likely to be announced within a few weeks of the luncheon. Professor Nelson Lund wrote the Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court) brief on behalf of the Second Amendment Foundation in support of Mr. Heller, the respondent.
