Returning for their sixth time to the Muckenthaler stage, and led by Director Fe Perez Grupo Folklorico Monte Alban is ready to entertain you once again. The group of over forty dancers takes you on a magical journey throughout Mexico. From the stacato beat of their zapateado (footsteps) in the state of Vera Cruz to the rhythmic twirling of their skirts in the state of Jalisco. Plus you’ll enjoy the handmade colorful costumes from the many regions of Mexico. Grupo Folklorico Monte Alban invites you to come in, sit down and enjoy the music and dance of Mexico.
