Grist Book Launch Party in Seattle October 17, 2007

Grist is pleased to announce that we are the proud parents of a baby — a crapless, non-crying, 176-page baby named Wake Up and Smell the Planet. And since we’ve always wanted to throw a party in our hometown, we figured the release of our first book was the perfect occasion.

Join us at The Last Supper Club on Wednesday, October 17 for a feast of untold pleasures: delicious organic food from PCC; drinks from Square One Organic Vodka and New Belgium Brewery; the sparkling company of Grist’s writers, behind-the-scenes staffers, and fellow readers; and tasty morsels of eco-advice from the funniest green website this side of the viaduct.
