Grid Iron Gals: Football 101 for Women January 24, 2009

Learn from football ladies in a league of their own. Players from the Independent Women’s Football League (IWFL) will teach X’s and O’s for the XX chromosomes. Meet players from the 2008 South Atlantic Division Champion Orlando Mayhem and huddle up for a football workshop. Get introductory football knowledge, training and an assessment of your skills and abilities. Just in time for the Super Bowl!
