Friday night report:

The Medal Ceremony was OK but not outstanding. I thought the people atop bendy poles was done better at the Dome last year.

The Garden of Wonders was the highlight. A must see.

Beautiful People. A little confused at the start, and made me think of Stomp several times, but lots of energy and worth the walk up the hill.

Run. Nowhere near as good as K@osmos or Mass Carib which were the two night-time events in Greenwich last year. This year there's only one, and you've missed it.

I can't make the Canary Wharf stuff on Saturday, but overall I'd say the programme looks considerably weaker that the previous year's.

Medal ceremony was a bit boring, but the Garden of Wonders was throughly surreal and great fun
