Chrissy Godfrey, MBA, SPHR, Director of Human Resources at Dominican University and Senior Consultant for HR BizPartners, has 19 years of human resources experience in higher education and small business environments. She specializes in HR program integration including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and organizational development. Chrissy is SPHR certified and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and an executive certificate in Sustainable Enterprise from the Dominican University Green MBA program.
