Festive recipes for entertaining Latin-American style…Viva la vida – “long live life” is the theme of any Latin-American party. Latin-America stretches approximately seven thousand miles from the top of Mexico down to the tip of Cape Horn in Argentina and includes twenty-two different countries with a greatly diverse assortment of cuisines. We’ll take a small tour and experience dishes such as:

Argentine beef skewers with chimichurri sauce, Peruvian purple potato salad with roasted corn and shrimp, Brazilian Caipirinha grilled shrimp and a sweet finale.All classes will be held at Willowpond Bed and Breakfast, from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm. Classes include: recipe packets, a full meal, and wonderful camaraderie. Classes are $50 each. Classes are transferable, but not refundable. Class attendance is limited & classes fill fast. If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, it will be rescheduled within the following 6 months and your tuition will be transferred to that date or to another class.
