Google Developer Workshop: Google Spreadsheets API & Gadgets March 9, 2009

Google Spreadsheets is more than just a web version of Microsoft Excel - it also has a full read/write Google data (AtomPUB) API, and support for Google Visualization API Gadgets. This talk will introduce both of these ways of enhancing the functionality of spreadsheets - from the simple to the sophisticated.

The codelab will involve making a spreadsheets-based map, and a spreadsheets-powered command-line database.
