The Golden Triangle (BID) is kicking off “Clean, Green & Golden” spring cleaning week on April 10. To celebrate Spring and in honor of Earth Day, Councilman Jack Evans will join the Golden Triangle BID at noon on Tuesday, April 13 in Farragut Square Park to host its second “Flowers for Phones.” Saving the environment can be easy and rewarding. Drop off your old cell phone and get a free potted flower to plant and a chance to win cool prizes from Golden Triangle BID businesses including Spezie, Taberna del Alabardero, Sam & Harry’s, Eye Street Massage Therapy, Public Bar, M Street Bar & Grill, Green & Blue, Bread & Brew and The Foundry Gallery.
