Join Urban Girl Squad (http://www.urbangirlsquad.com) and the coaching experts at lululemon (http://www.lululemon.com), the yoga apparel store with a focus on mind-body wellness, for a goal-coaching workshop. At this one-hour workshop, you will set realistic personal and professional goals for your ideal life and develop an action plan for success. Your personal coach will help you navigate the process.

After the workshop, we'll have a private shopping hour with personal attention from lululemon staff. Each attendee will receive a limited-edition copy of the lululemon NYC Yoga Guide, which has information on every yoga studio in the city. Healthy snacks will be provided at the event.
