GLBT Colloquium: Lower-class GLBT Activism in India, a talk with Aniruddha Dutta December 5, 2007

The QGPA-Schochet GLBT Colloquia Series are opportunities for scholars working on aspects of GLBT studies to come together, share works in progress, and have in-depth discussions on issues of theory and methodology with relevance across disciplinary boundaries. This Colloquium will explore the intersections of sexual identity and class in India. Aniruddha Dutta, a MacArthur Fellow in Asian Literatures, Cultures, and Media, will share his work on the emerging lower-class GLBT activism in India. A catered reception will be held after the multimedia presentation.
