Ghosts and Jazz features the haunting eloquence of Brenda Wong Aoki's Noh-style monodramas with San Francisco bass player Japanese Jazz composer Mark Izu, the Taiko drums of Janet Koike and Kathryn Cabunoc, Anthony Brown on multiple percussion and Shoko Hikage on Koto and Mas Koga on Saxophone and Shakuhachi.
