* 12-12:30: Meet, mingle, eat breakfast tacos for lunch
* 12:30-1:15pm: "Get to know Get Satisfaction: A primer." Sure, you've heard about this Get Satisfaction thing, but what can it do for you and your business? We'll talk about all the different ways companies are using Get Satisfaction to reinvent their customer service and foster community. We'll even have a couple of our current company users on hand to talk about their own experiences with the application.
* 1:30-2:15pm: "The secrets of managing customer communities." Starting, managing, and fostering community around your product or service is a little bit of magic and a lot of hard work, but totally worth it if you get it right. To help with that, we'll have our community management team talk about their own experiences building and maintaining the Get Satisfaction community, with an eye toward helping your company get started building your own.
* 2:30-3pm: "Of OAuth and APIs: Integrating Get Satisfaction on your site." Don't let the title scare you — there are a lot of interesting ways to hook Get Satisfaction right into your own company and its systems. Specifically, we'll cover OAuth, a new third-party protocol that makes it (relatively) easy to give your users instant access to Get Satisfaction without the need to create another account.
