Generous Employee Benefits Packages: Creative (and Low Cost) Benefits Solutions to Help Attract and Retain the Best Employees. Deciding what benefits to offer and how much to pay can divert time and resources from nonprofit operations. This workshop will cover statutory benefits, standard benefits, voluntary benefits, cafeteria and section 125 plans & consumer directed healthcare. Includes overviews of workers compensation, disability, unemployment, health/dental insurance, group term life & retirement.
