On behalf of KMC NY we would like to invite you to "Spiritual Power", a Post UK Spring Festival Retreat with Gen-la Dekyong. Based on the teachings by Venerable Geshe-la this Spring, Gen-la Dekyong will lead a weekend retreat on the practice of Buddha Vajrapani from May 30 - June 1 at the Kadampa Meditation Center New York. Everyone is welcome to join the Retreat whether or not they have received Vajrapani Empowerment.

Post UK Spring Festival Retreat - Following the 2008 UK Spring Festival with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen-la Dekyong will guide a retreat based on the practice of Buddha Vajrapani and teachings on spiritual power. You must have received the empowerment of Vajrapani to attend.

Open to the public in 2006, Kadampa Meditation Center New York (KMC – NY) is an international spiritual community dedicated to achieving world peace through following the Kadampa Buddhist Path.

The Kadampa Meditation Center and Temple are located on 82 acres in Glen Spey, New York, in the beautiful Delaware River Valley, approximately a two hour drive from New York City, just minutes from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania borders.

Tharpa Publications, a major Buddhist publisher distributing Buddhist books and artwork throughout the US, is located onsite.

A Buddhist book and audio store, gift shop and World Peace Café are situated in the verandas of the Temple.
