Gemini Soul will be performing a final Cuptertino show of their eclectic blend of nu-jazz/funk/fusion at De Anza College located at the Campus Center; June 14th @ 12 pm to 2 pm; Free Admission. Gemini Soul will be relocating to the East Coast as of July 1, 2009.

Gemini Soul's performances have been compared to the pop funk jazz fusion of Herbie Hancock and Miles Davis and the funkiness of Marcus Miller and Stanley Clarke. Gemini Soul will perform material from their latest double CD "Dark Skin Babies : The Movement," which was released February 10, 2009 and reached #13 on Amazon.com's "Hot Bestselling New & Future Releases in Jazz Fusion." Dark Skin Babies : The Movement features a two CD set, which contains 20 tracks of non-stoppable experimental jazz funk-fusion at its best. This marks as Gemini Soul's fifth album and their most political and social conscience collection to date. "Dark Skin Babies : The Movement" is the follow-up to their 2008 release "The Nefertiti Xperience."
