**MORNING SHIFT**
Geeks doing good is a group that encourages members of the tech community to volunteer together for local causes. Did you know that 150,000 San Franciscans are at risk of hunger each day? Or that between 3,000 and 5,000 of your fellow citizens are homeless. Fail.

Help us make a difference this month at the SF Foodbank where we'll be sorting food to go out to the Bay Area's shelters and pantries. RSVP to volunteer from 9-12 or click here to volunteer from 12:30 – 3:30! This is a no-flake situation, so please wait to RSVP until you can say with 100% certainty that you will be there. The food bank is counting on a specific number of volunteers and we want to deliver!

If you can’t be there please consider making a donation to the foodbank. For every $1 donated, the Food Bank can distribute $9 dollars worth of food to the community. Ninety-seven percent of all resources donated are put into programs that help feed seniors, children and working families.

Thanks for taking the time to check out the event and hopefully we'll see you there!
