Free fesitval for all five senses!!

SIGHT: Watch folkloric El Salvadorian and Mexican dance on the main-stage. View Mexican movies -- like El Mariachi and Amor es Perros - at the Independent, and browse through paintings, sculptures, hand-embroidered clothing, and small trinkets made by local artists and crafters.

SOUND: Listen to traditional Mexican mariachi, cumbia, norteño and texmex from Mariachi Estampa de America and Mariachi Internacional de Boston.

TASTE: Sample rice and beans, award-winning tamales, pupusas, horchata and homemade lemonade made by Best of Boston’s Taquería La Mexicana and Union Square favorite El Potro Mexican Grill.

TOUCH: Make piñatas and sugar skulls with Rosalba Solis from legendary Latin American educational center La Piñata. For the young ones in the audience, join in the fun with Honduran children’s games.

SMELL: Inhale the chile, onion, corn and cilantro that make those rice and beans, tamales and pupusas so tasty!

This sensory delight is the last of our popular Producers’ Series events for 2006, so come out into the hustle and bustle of Union Square and enjoy one final autumnal party!
