Friday Night Music with Djangos & Tangos April 13, 2012

We’re excited to welcome back Djangos & Tangos for another gig this Friday night! This swing/folk band brings us music of the Depression, but their tunes are anything but depressing! The quintet consists of Daniella Fischetti (violin), Jacob Stulberg (clarinet) Brian McCorkle (guitar and vocals), Mike Hanf (percussion and vibes), and David Tam (cello). The group lists Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli, Astor Piazzolla, and Bulgarian folk melodies as their major influences. Why not wind down your weekend by relaxing with a glass of wine to the swinging stylings of Djangos & Tangos?
