The V&A and Scarlet Projects' contemporary take on the traditional English fete will provide an extraordinary array of stylish, fun, quirky and imaginative events and games.

Over 30 of the most inventive and dynamic creative individuals working in the UK today come together to create an extraordinary array of stalls offering games to play and products to win. Homemade jam, Splat the Rat and coconut shies take on a whole new meaning.

Blag your way into Multistorey's VIP Lounge; enter the World Mustache Championships; play Studio Mama's Hairdryer Ping Pong: get Electric Shock Therapy administered by Professor Crispin Jones; test your facts with Happily Ever After's Knowledge Archive; let Priestman Goode Float your Boat; enjoy Gaurudio Studio's Gorgeously Greasy Grill and post a letter at Johnson Banks's Post Office.

Other stall holders include Fete veterans Tatty Devine, Graphic Thought Facility; Mark Pawson, Richard Shed and Sam Johnson, Daniel Eatock, Poke, Rob Ryan, Digit, Carl Clerkin, Fibre, and &Made.

Highlights include Scarlet Projects' Tombola - with hundreds of 'designer' prizes, including the chance to win a Voido chair designed by Ron Arad, kindly donated by Magis - and the chance to dance to tunes spun by our resident DJ Barry (aka Michael Marriott). By special request, The Prints of Whales, led by the Rev. William Warren, will be entertaining you with their special brand of Bluegrass music.
