"Convoy of Hope, a 501 ( c ) (3) nonprofit organization, serves in the United States and around the world providing disaster relief, building supply lines and sponsoring outreaches to the poor and hurting in communities. During a COH outreach, free groceries are distributed, job and health fairs are organized and activities for children are provided."

Animal Rescue of Fresno is also going to participate in Fresno's Convoy of Hope Community Outreach event. From COH's website: "An outreach is a one-day special community event designed to meet both human and spiritual needs of impoverished families."

The Animal Rescue of Fresno will be working towards educating families and individuals on proper pet care so their four-legged family members are healthy.
