"Okay, first I came here with my gay friend. I wanted a mojito, but they did not make them. So, I ordered a Bacardi-Sprite-Lime and enjoyed my drink. I payed a $5 cover for what, I am not sure, no live band, no entertainment other than some DJ playing music. So, what really irritated me was I told the bar tender that I wanted to cash out. He took my $20 and never gave me my change. I asked Him his name and the owners name and he called the bouncer who ended up physically throwing me out of the bar! WTF. I had one drink and that was how they treated their customers? Never the less, they had an other bouncer at the door who all he wanted to do was fight. I called the local police to request a complaint but all they did was listen to my story. If you ever end up in Hillcrest with a gay friend do not come here. They don't care about their patrons and they try and steal money from their guest and physically throw them out if you complain! This place is possible the worst place I have ever been to and I wish I was back home in Hawaii where they appreciate their patrons. Beware! I caused no problem and expressly told the (so-called) owner, Wess Roberts that I would write a review and he basically told me to F--- Off!"
