Free Screening: Who Killed the Electric Car? April 18, 2007

There will be a special screening of the highly acclaimed documentary film
"Who Killed the Electric Car?" (www.whokilledtheelectriccar.com) with the
film's star, Chelsea Sexton, Executive Director of Plug In America
(www.pluginamerica.com), and director, Chris Paine, at Florida Atlantic
University Honors College in Jupiter (www.fau.edu/jupiter/) on Wednesday,
April 18 from 7:00pm to 8:40pm in the AD Building, Auditorium 119.

Following the film, from 8:40pm to 10:00pm Chelsea and Chris will conduct a
Q&A discussion forum, including providing an update on the new, current
generation of long-range electric vehicles, powered by advanced chemistry
batteries, that are now in production as well as the latest news on major
automakers' production plans for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.

Prior to the showing of the film, from 4 to 7pm there will be a Ride 'n
Drive in front of the AD Building with production electric vehicles,
including a Toyota RAV4-EV all-electric, battery-powered SUV, which is one
of the vehicles featured in the film.
