Free Rape Prevention Seminar July 16, 2004

New York Jiu Jitsu would like to invite you to our FREE Rape Prevention Seminar.

The seminar will be held Friday, July 16, 2004 from 6:30-8:30pm. It will give you an opportunity to learn facts and techniques that can help you avoid or deal with a rape scenario. Your safety and the safety of your loved ones is important. Bring a friend!

Please arrive early as you will need to fill out some simple forms before you begin, and wear comfortable clothing since you will be learning self-defense techniques.

We know you wouldn't trade being a woman for anything. But sometimes you feel vulnerable. You don't know what you would do if someone came after you on your way home. You think about your friends and family and how they would feel if you were ever attacked.

Unlike so many problems in the world, this is one that you can actually do something about. You CAN learn to defend yourself. You CAN feel more confident. You CAN learn to face down an attacker.
