Mandalas, or sacred circles, have been used in cultures around the world as a form of artistic expression and meditative contemplation. Mandala-making provides a natural gateway to chakra work, facilitating self-discovery, expanding one’s creativity and aiding in the healing of body, mind and spirit. Participants will explore this art form and its healing possibilities. Learn about the many aspects of the heart chakra and create individual Mandalas. Workshop will be led by Richard Killion, LCSW, CEAP, a therapist with 11 years experience providing wellness training to individuals and organizations. A $10 fee is required at registration. Fee will be returned when you attend. Open to women living with breast and ovarian cancer. To learn more or to pre-register (pre-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED) call Support Connection at 914-962-6402 or 800-532-4290.
