Free Presentation by Graphic Novel Author Derek Kirk Kim August 6, 2009

Graphic novel artist and author Derek Kirk Kim will talk about his work at the Tigard Public Library on Thursday, August 6, at 6 p.m. Kim is the acclaimed author of Same Difference and Other Stories, Good as Lily and co-author of The Eternal Smile, a narrative of three adventures through the worlds people create in order to escape from their realities.

During his presentation, Kim will discuss his process as an author and artist, read excerpts from The Eternal Smile and invite questions from the audience.
