About Dan Yemin: Dan moved to Philly in 1992 to go to Graduate School at Widener University. By 1998, he’d earned a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and changed the face of punk and underground music - not just in Philly, but across America – with bands Lifetime and Kid Dynamite. Over the past 16 years, Dan has released more than a dozen CD¹s and toured on four continents, while working as a child and teen psychologist in a private practice in Ardmore and Paoli. Driven by an insuppressible urge to create, lose lots of money and destabilize any normalcy in his life, Dan continues to perform and record music. Most recently, his band Paint It Black completed “New Lexicon,” which will be released on February 19th, 2008.
