Free documentary screening of "Copyright Criminals" April 15, 2009

Join PSU and the UO in Portland for a free screening of a documentary on sampling and copyright in the music industry. Featuring original interviews with George Clinton, Cibo Matto, and Clyde Stubblefield, "Copyright Criminals" goes behind the scenes of hip-hop and rap to see who's suing and who's getting sued. After the screening, Nemo Design guru and Gang of Four bassist Dave Allen will hold a Q&A with the filmmaker, Kembrew McLeod.
