Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines elements of fight, dance, acrobatics and music into a beautiful martial art that is a feast for the eyes and the soul. Capoeira is for everybody - man and woman, young and old, big and small, rich and poor. Try a class and fall in love with the fluidity and freedom of expression that Capoeira brings.

Instrutor Tucano has been training Capoeira in New York for over 15 years and is now bringing this style of martial arts to the west coast. He has taught in many venues in NY (including NYU and the west-side YMCA) and created a large and successful academy. He's now motivated to bring this same energy to the East Bay. He hopes to promote Capoeira to be a positive influence in other people's lives the way it is in his.
