While the slowing economy is predicted to continue through the third quarter, active hiring in the executive ranks is still going on in the Valley. Being prepared for the eventual conversation at the negotiating table should begin now. In this month's program, we will review the many elements of an executive compensation package, from salary to stock options to benefits - and cover the latest trends in executive compensation that we hope will assist you from both ends of the negotiating table – as prospective employer or employee.
