Following-up in the age of social media September 15, 2010

The focus of this conversation is on how to become better at following up using social media and other mediums of communication, in order to improve the reciprocity of your communication. Because social media has amped up our ability to communicated through a wide variety of mediums, one of the challenges involves dealing with information overload and how to meaningfully follow-up with people that we are connected to.

My goal is that all of us will contribute ideas on how we can meaningfully follow-up with people in our lives, as well as examine what reciprocity really means in the age of social media.
