Focus on Color: the Photography of Jeannette Klute September 4, 2009

'Focus on Color' features a series of approximately 30 color photographs by Jeannette Klute drawn from more than fifty of her prints held in the Bruce Museum's permanent collection. Ranging from landscapes to intimate "woodland portraits" of orchids, ferns, and trees, Jeannette Klute's photographs of New England are vibrant compositions produced through the labor intensive dye transfer process.
