Flute Dreams flute concert features Bay Area flutist Leslie Zieren!

Hear the music of Bach, Debussy, Delibes, Kennan, Milhaud, Persichetti, Poulenc, and Mancini with pianist Randall Hawkins, harpist Celeste Everson Misfeldt, and flutist Maria Tamburrino.

Ms. Zieren was the featured flute soloist with the Oklahoma City Symphony Orchestra, the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music Orchestra, and the Phillips University Orchestra in Oklahoma.

Locally, she has soloed on the flute with the Mission Chamber Orchestra, performing part of Claude Bolling's "Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano Trio No. 1" with the amazing Dan Levitan, Harpist, who transcribed the piano part. This was the first concert in the new San Jose City Hall.

She was also the featured as the piccolo soloist with the Mission Chamber Orchestra, performing the Vivaldi Concerto in a minor, for the Italian-American Festival.

Ms. Zieren maintains a full private teaching studio in the Willow Glen area of San Jose, as well as in Cupertino.
