Sept. 13-Dec 17 M-F 9:00-11:45am (Morning Program) OR Sept 24-Dec 18 Wednesdays, 6-9pm, Fridays 6-8pm, Sat/Sun 10am-6pm (Evenings and Weekends Program)

Flow Yoga, or Vinyasa Yoga, draws from the flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa and as well as some of the attention to alignment that Iyengar offers. Where Ashtanga Vinyasa consists of a series of set posture sequences that flow together with the breath, Flow Yoga offers freedom to arrange postures in a variety of ways that brings the attention to the transitions between the poses. Although FYTT students are given a structured launch pad, there is no single philosophy, rulebook or sequence that individual teachers must follow.

Class size is limited to 20 participants. To accommodate the variety of strengths and abilities among students, the program is structured to motivate and encourage all students while also opening opportunities to those who are ready to do more than the minimum.

Students participate in the FYTT program for many different reasons. Some are hoping to launch full-time careers in the yoga field, some do it for personal growth, while others enroll to enhance their abilities to give the gifts of yoga to their family, friends, and to under-served communities that would benefit from yoga classes.
