Florida Creatives Happy Hour #16 March 17, 2008

2008 will be the year the first Florida Creatives chapter kicks off in another city! If you are in touch with folks elsewhere in the state, we want to talk to them and get them excited about joining the community!

BarCampOrlando is also on its way. This is a two-day event being held the first weekend of April downtown, and caters to both technical and creative types with a media day in addition to the programming and development day. Lots of planning is taking place and discussions being had in preparation for this event. A few of the organizers should be at this event, so come on by for a chance to get involved.

The FLCreatives Wiki is starting to take shape, but you can help! Create an account or edit anonymously. Add something about one of your friends, and ask them to add something about you! If you think we're missing a category or a metro area, go ahead and add a new page.

Florida Creatives is a networking group currently serving Central Florida and looking to expand to schools and other metro areas. Membership is comprised of people who pursue creative activities for work or pleasure. Each month we get together to discuss what we do, share stories, make connections, catch up with friends and have a drink.
