Fixin' Mardi Gras Breaks February 20, 2007

On Tuesday February 20th, NOLA moves north to the Pussycat Lounge for Fat Boozeday -- none other than Mardi Gras.

Besides the usual debaucherous bead-tossing, bourbon-slinging and hip-gyrating, the dynamic DJ duo of Inbetween & Soulcracker will also be spinning records to match the mood: Funk, Soul, Jazz & Rock from New Orleans and beyond.

Joining them will be a DJ who is no stranger to NOLA, WFMU's very own Mr. Finewine of Downtown Soulville fame, as well as the killer undefinable punk-latin sounds of band Barra Libre.

The party kicks off at 8 and goes until it can't anymore.
