Join Hospice of Santa Barbara and the Alliance for Living and Dying Well for the Five Wishes Community Workshop. The Five Wishes is an easy-to-use advance health care directive. Five Wishes trained volunteers will be available to help people complete their Five Wishes documents and provide more information about end of life care options and more.
Date: Thursday, February 21, 2013 (every third Thursday of the month)
