Finding your Creative Inspiration: Emily Carr Continuing Studies and the Vancouver arts community

Are you looking for a way to add some creativity to your life? Are you ready to reconnect with a passion for painting, drawing, textile arts or botanical illustration?

Learn about the types of programs and courses offered at Emily Carr, from Animation to Book Arts to Computer skills, and hear a short presentation on a half-dozen local galleries and upcoming arts events in town.

You'll leave with the inspiration to sign up for an art course, visit your local galleries, and know what's going on in town for the summer.

SPEAKER: Amy Clausen, Emily Carr University of Art and Design. Amy Clausen has ten years experience working in arts education, developing curriculum and innovative programs for artists of all ages. She is especially interested in outreach, public programs, and partnership development in the arts.
