March 22nd: Bonus!! MORTGAGE TYPES AND HOW TO USE THEM PROPERLY
In-depth discussion on how to make your home work for you whether it is for retirement, a child’s college fund, or just to become a real estate investor. All questions and answers session.

Speakers: Julius Berry is a 7 year veteran in the real estate industry (property sales and mortgage loans). His specialty is modifications, commercial and residential financing, quarterbacking special investment projects for small companies and private investors throughout the U.S. He is a Certified by NYS as a Loan Officer and Licensed/Certified as a Real Estate Sales Associate with a degree in Security and Risk management. He is currently holding a position as Operations Manager of Capital Home Recovery, Inc. in Purchase, New York. Robert Christiansen, Jr. from Primerica Financial Services, a Division of Citigroup, is a 20 year veteran in the financial services industry, his specialty is providing the education resources needed to help he show businesses and families how to keep money and build retirement plans.
