Films about Food Issues February 16, 2011

Together we will view and discuss several recent films that explore the convergence of global concerns in one of the most basic of human needs: Food. From production to consumption, food has environmental, financial and ethical implications for our world and all of its living creatures. We will begin an exploration of these issues with this film series: Food, Inc., Food Matters, We feed the World, and the World According to Monsanto.
