Loyola Law School's Fidler Institute to Probe Prosecution of Terrorists, Gang Members, Spies & Judges

Los Angeles - Top criminal defense attorneys and prosecutors will convene at Loyola Law School’s second-annual Fidler Institute on Criminal Justice to dissect the elements of cases against a range of defendants: terrorists, spies, perpetrators of domestic violence, gang members, lawyers and judges. Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano will deliver the Landers Lecture on Prosecutorial Ethics, discussing immigration law and other topics from her unique perspective as leader of a border state, as part of the lunchtime keynote address. California Supreme Court Justice Carol A. Corrigan will deliver the Stephen E. O’Neil Memorial Lecture.
