This weekend of infinite possibility takes place September 14-16, 2012 in an area vibrating with high spiritual energy. The site is situated on 1,150 acres of pristine forest complete with waterfalls, five lakes, hiking trails, natural beauty and modern conference facilities and lodging. It is only 1.5 hours from NYC and one hour from Woodstock, NY. A short car or train ride from NYC to feast the soul over a weekend to gain a lifetime of benefits and memorable experiences.

It seems incredible people fly thousands of miles around the world for a vacation where they need a vacation from the vacation. Yet, they never honor their own temple – their bodies and spirit by taking a single weekend in a year and go somewhere where takes as short as it does for an extended lunch break to drive or get to for renewing their mind, body and spirit. We are delighted visitors found the Festival important enough to come from throughout the country and even overseas!

In addition to the spiritual leaders, shaman, healers, mediums, health coaches, medical professionals and world record holders who have created massive change in their lives joining us others may include television and movie producers dedicated to helping humankind, those who have completed miracles and unheard of results in the lives such as an ultra marathoner who ran a 30 mile marathon every day for 100 days across America!
As the most integrated festival of its kind in America, it attracts practitioners, healers, vendors of spiritual and holistic health products, readers and workshop presenters who are:
• Healers from Nearby NYC, and as far away as Australia, Canada, New Zealand and UK are descending upon this incredible journey to life unlimited. Disciplines include: Energy, crystal, spiritual, and Shamanic healers, including Reiki practitioners and masters;

The Journey begins by leaving behind the old and moving towards your spirit…
As you leave behind the urban blight of the city and enter suburbia, your final ascent takes you up the long and winding road into a wooded location. Hidden away is the gated entry to 1,150 acres of pristine woodlands where the Festival is taking place. Approaching the gate house the long phalanx of cars waiting to enter makes you wonder if this is what it was like at Woodstock, with all the guests pouring in from NYC. If you’re arriving by rail from NYC you’ll share the station platform with others who are excitedly boarding the free Festival shuttle.
Upon entering the property and cruising through its tree canopied roads enjoy the nature and wildlife. After crossing a bridge over a babbling brook you’ll spot a large modern building hidden behind Pine trees, this is our Whole Life Center. The parking area for day visitors is across road to left. If you’re staying overnight or checking in continue straight up the road until you spot a large parking lot on the right with a sign to your left marked “Mary French Rockefeller Conference Center” (hereinafter referred to as “Conference Center”). As an overnighter you would park your car in this lot they head to Conference Center for check-in.
The handicap entry is on lower level of the building, registration is around front up a long narrow staircase, and inside main lobby of Conference Center. As you enter the main lobby a fieldstone fireplace is to your right and registration to your left.
Beginning your journey at the Whole Life Center, you enter the double doors facing the open field we call “Sedona.” As you enter the space you engulfed by massive size. There are indoor Exhibitors displaying their products and wares ranging from jewelry, crystals, cards, incense, clothing, spiritual accessories, dream catchers, etc. Also present are psychic artists, performers and meet and greet areas with authors and other notables.
For overnighters there is a fitness center equipped with modern equipment on level two in this building along with showers and toilet facilities for the campers who are camped outside. Pets, other than seeing-eye guide dogs and the facility’s rescued animals, are not allowed inside the buildings.
There is an area in Sedona dedicated to Children, and other for performances and/or a drum circle. There is even a large three sided climbing wall in the rear. The area is so large and flat you note there is a meditation taking place there when not occurring down by Lake Marling.
Leaving Sedona and heading up the road to the Conference Center you enter the front of the building at the top of the staircase and right in front of you past the main lounge is a large auditorium where the keynotes and evening events take place. In the right and left wing of the building are meeting rooms where readers are located as well as workshops being conducted by various Exhibitors. Moving downstairs you find yet another large meeting room where more workshops and open group meetings for established groups are taking place.
Departing the Conference Center, standing at the top of the staircase you are able to view Lake Marling and the lakeside lodging. The Dining Hall and Nirvana is across the road to the right towards the other lodging. As you enter the massive Dining Hall you find plenty of large round tables so large groups of friends and new friends can relax, share stories and insights with each other while enjoying a fully prepared warm meal served cafe style by kitchen staff. As the property is child friendly, there is a healthy juice drink dispenser in Dining Hall as well as a salad cart.
As you step downstairs to Nirvana you find a large window overlooking Lake Marlin and the outdoor porch. On both sides of the downstairs area are Nirvana 1 and Nirvana 2 which is a healing space. Within Nirvana you find various healers involved in providing Reiki, Energy, Crystal, Shamanic, Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Massage Therapy, and Reflexology to the guests.
Throughout the area there are hiking trails heading off in different directions. You also notice there are guests paddling in canoes and row boats out on Lake Marlin rented from the boat launch at the back of Nirvana.
There is a trail to the far left side of the Lake that passes over the dam and into the woods to leave you at the Chapel. In the late evening the Chapter comes to life as you see the overnight guests headed there from the lodging donning their headlamps and flashlights to arrive at its amphitheater and campfire. You may even find a shaman performing a sacred ceremony by fire light surrounded by the guests seated on the wooden bench seats around the fire.
As you can tell from your walk through the Festival is a whole life experience and transformation of the mind, body and spirit in its truest sense not a bunch of lectures or workshops just taking place in a convention center or hotel with no hands-on sampling or focused work that lends its success to guests spending more than a few hours working on their spirit, life, health, and fitness.
