1OAK Nightclub will present multi-talented singer-songwriter, fashion designer and GRAMMY® award winning artist, Fergie! She has been enlisted to host a glamorous, blow-out New Year’s Eve bash, including a special live performance by The Duchess herself and a countdown to 2012. Fergie will be among the first V.I.P. guests to experience 1 OAK Las Vegas, its intimate atmosphere and New York City vibe, the exclusive artwork by famed artist, Roy Nachum, as well as 1 OAK Las Vegas’ state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. Partygoers will dance to the beats of New York Native, DJ Jesse Marco, and toast flutes of champagne as they ring in the New Year.

1OAK Nightclub Individual Guests: $150.00* per person
Permits VIP access all night with champagne toast at Midnight. Doors open at 9:00 p.m.
*Price is subject to increase and Live Entertainment Tax.
